The building dates from the late 1930s, in the rationalist style, with an original design by Bonomi, Ambrosoli and Gimeno, and it is listed in Ciudad Vieja's heritage inventory. Pérez Robaudo, then operating as Propiedades & Inversiones, brought it back into use through its construction arm, Pérez Robaudo Construcciones, which also refers to it as Edificio Mirta Robaudo.
It has 27 units on the ground floor and six upper levels: 23 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four street-level shops. The renovation covered the facade, roofs, plumbing and electrical systems, water supply, windows and fire protection, and added provisions for air conditioning. It has an elevator and a sun deck, and pets are allowed.
