01 Vila

01 Vila is a one-of-a-kind residential development in the Parque Batlle neighbourhood of Montevideo, Uruguay, at Dr. J. Brito Foresti 2964 and C. Belgrano. Set in one of the capital's highest-growth areas, the project connects to nature, major avenues, healthcare centres such as the Hospital de Clínicas and the School of Dentistry, and recreational spaces including Parque Batlle and the Municipal Velodrome. The complex consists of three independent blocks — two six-storey and one three-storey with terraces — housing 81 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
