History and expansion

The history has two clear stages: a family real estate agency that began with sales, rentals and management, followed by a second stage devoted to rehabilitating existing buildings in different Montevideo neighborhoods.

  1. 1996

    The real estate business begins

The company dates its beginnings to October as a family real estate business. For much of that period, it operated under the Propiedades & Inversiones brand.

  2. 2020

    Bacigalupi, its earliest published project

Bacigalupi, a rehabilitation in Aguada completed in September 2020, is the earliest project published by Pérez Robaudo Construcciones.

  3. 2021

    Pérez Robaudo Construcciones is created

The company created its own team to design and execute its developments. Its published specialization is the refurbishment of buildings and condominium units.

  4. 2022

    Treinta y Tres is completed

The rehabilitation of the building on Treinta y Tres Street ended in December, with 23 apartments and four retail units.

  5. 2023–2024

    The portfolio spreads across Montevideo

Ciudadela, Cerrito and Ciganda appear as completed in 2023. San Salvador and Quicuyo followed with buildings dating from the 1940s and 1950s.

  6. 2024–2026

A new brand and more rehabilitations

The agency adopted the Pérez Robaudo name in 2024. Acosta y Lara was completed in July 2025 and Daniel Muñoz in June 2026, while Lancasteriana joined the current portfolio.

Pérez Robaudo in Montevideo

Pérez Robaudo presents a portfolio of rehabilitation projects concentrated in Montevideo.

The business began in real estate services and later added development and construction. Its most recurring model is not erecting a building from scratch, but rehabilitating existing properties: installations, façades, common areas and condominium units.

Treinta y Tres illustrates that approach well. Ciudad Vieja’s inventory describes it as a rationalist building from the late 1930s, designed by Bonomi, Ambrosoli and Gimeno. By 2010, its upper floors were vacant and the municipal recommendation was to return them to use.

The intervention ended in December 2022 and reactivated the building with 23 apartments and four retail units. In the following years, completed work appears in Centro, Ciudad Vieja, Parque Rodó, Sayago and La Blanqueada.

Projects we track

Treinta y Tres occupies the corner of Treinta y Tres and Cerrito in Ciudad Vieja. The intervention preserved the building’s structure and renewed its installations, façade, roof terrace, elevator, fire-protection system and windows.
