INGAR Real Estate was founded in 2012 by Civil Engineers and real estate professionals. Based in the Punta Carretas area, from the beginning our specialty has been Montevideo, mainly along the coastal strip, covering neighborhoods from Ciudad Vieja to Carrasco.
Starting in 2018, we expanded to La Floresta, offering a wide variety of seasonal and annual rental properties and sales in the area.

We evaluate potential tenant guarantees, prepare contracts, inventories, and all relevant procedures. Tenants: We have a wide variety of annual and seasonal rental properties. We offer advice and support in processing the most convenient guarantee according to the owner's requirements.
Rental Management
We have an experienced team in rental management for investor owners or foreign residents who need it. Once the tenant is determined and the lease is signed, we handle:
- Rent collection, withholding and payment of IRPF to DGI.
- Deposits into the bank account designated by the owner.
- Payment of taxes corresponding to the owner (Property tax, Primary school tax, Common expense reserve fund, etc.).
- Processing of IRPF exemption when applicable.
- Annual rent adjustments or as stipulated in the contract.
- Inventory review and key collection upon contract termination.
