The design is by Kopel Sánchez, the studio that since 2012 has grouped its promoted-housing buildings under the Ventura brand, and construction was carried out by Nivelex. The rooftop terraces have organic vegetable gardens, and the complex adds reading rooms, a cowork area, a gym, barbecue areas, a sun deck, a multipurpose room and a children's play area. There is 24-hour security, an elevator and optional underground parking, and pets are welcome. The apartments get good natural light, have aluminum window frames and come pre-wired for air conditioning.
Residents take part in the Comunidad Ventura program.
