LGD Arquitectos handled the design and site management, and the first keys were handed over in May 2024. Two towers connected on every floor hold 104 apartments, from studios to one and two bedrooms, all with outdoor space, plus retail units. Apartments include home automation to control lighting, blinds and the electronic lock.

The rooftop looks over the city from the north tower and over the Rambla and the sea from the south tower. Shared spaces include a sun deck, gym, wet spa, four semi-covered barbecue grills, a coliving lounge with kitchenette, coworking with meeting rooms and a laundry room, along with basement parking, storage units and bike racks. The project is registered as Promoted Housing with Uruguay's National Housing Agency (project no. 1057), a regime under Law 18,795 that provides for tax exemptions; the terms depend on each case and on current regulations.
