By November 2020, Vitrium had four developments in Montevideo and was involved in Carmelo Golf. The reported combined investment was US$40 million.

01 Parque Batlle was its first project in the country.
Uruguay was Vitrium’s first market outside Argentina. Federico Gagliardo dates the purchase of the 01 Parque Batlle site, its first project in the country, to 2013. Construction began in 2016 and ended in 2018.
By November 2020, 01 Parque Batlle and 01 Las Artes had been delivered; 01 Del Centro was under construction and 01 Libertador was preparing to break ground. Vitrium was also involved in Carmelo Golf, and a combined investment of US$40 million was reported across its Montevideo and Carmelo projects.
