DeveloperVitrium Capital was founded in Argentina in 2006 by Federico Gagliardo. During its first year, it raised and managed capital for third-party real estate projects; it then began developing projects of its own.
Architecture and developmentKopel Sánchez was founded in Montevideo in 2002 by architects Fabián Kopel and Sebastián Sánchez. Its first commissions were retail spaces and renovations; it later created its own construction company and an office devoted to real estate investment analysis.
DeveloperBlock Desarrollos began its portfolio with 8/10, a building on Avenida 8 de Octubre designed between 2020 and 2021 and built between 2021 and 2022. It then added Tempo Rambla and a new series of residential projects in La Blanqueada and Cordón.
DeveloperBeOne is a Uruguayan developer led by Nicolás Gammella. Its first project under the brand was a 23-apartment building at Echevarriarza and Luis Alberto de Herrera, announced in 2015 and delivered in 2016.
DeveloperThe history of MET Desarrollos begins in Argentina in 1985, when engineer Alfredo Salgado founded construction company SADEC. After working in Argentina and Spain, the family brought that experience to Uruguay and created MET to develop residential projects of its own.
Developer and builderPires Benlian is a Uruguayan developer and builder founded by engineers Marcelo and Gabriel Pires Benlian. Its first public portfolio focused on residential buildings in Punta Carretas, Pocitos and Bella Vista.
Residential developmentPark Square is the residential brand of RW Desarrollos in Montevideo. The company is led by architect Ricardo Weinstein, and its first published line under that name includes the Herrera and Sarmiento buildings.
Architecture and developmentEstudio Rener was founded in 1966 by architect Zelman Rener. The firm began with building design and construction and later integrated site selection, development and sales.
DeveloperGala Group is a family-run developer of Argentine origin created by architects Jorge Carpman and Carlos Saidel. Its current leadership also includes architects Victoria Verger and Valentina Saidel, members of the second generation.
DeveloperGrupo Fonte began developing in Villa María, Córdoba, in 2006. Its early growth was built on residential buildings in secondary Argentine cities, followed by projects on a different scale, such as the WO retail promenade and its first neighborhood, Nóbeles.

Real estate and building rehabilitationPérez Robaudo began in Montevideo in October 1996 as a family real estate services business. For much of its history, it operated under the name Propiedades & Inversiones.
Professional services and developmentEstudio Fischer began in Montevideo in 2010 as an accounting, legal and notarial firm. Real estate development came later: Javier Fischer began managing construction projects in 2012 and formed an alliance with architect Daniel Rubio the following year.
