BeOne is a Uruguayan developer led by Nicolás Gammella. Its first project under the brand was a 23-apartment building at Echevarriarza and Luis Alberto de Herrera, announced in 2015 and delivered in 2016.

2015
The first BeOne project
A 23-apartment building at Echevarriarza and Luis Alberto de Herrera in Pocitos Nuevo is announced.
2016
Echevarriarza is delivered
The brand’s first building is completed. The project had two levels, 23 apartments and 12 garages.
2020
Lamas and Veintiséis complete a new stage
Both buildings are delivered in Pocitos Nuevo and connected through a set of shared common areas.
2023
Bernardina and the move into other neighborhoods
Bernardina is delivered with 65 apartments. That same year, BeOne is already building Ramona in La Blanqueada and preparing its arrival in Carrasco.
2025
Fit26 and Ramona are delivered
The two projects total 170 units. Ramona takes the portfolio to La Blanqueada, while Fit26 develops a residential concept linked to physical activity.

Current developments
The current portfolio includes Caracas, Rivera, DeBritos and Life+60.

BeOne Echevarriarza

The brand’s first project: 23 apartments on two levels and 12 garages. GSN Construcciones built the project.

BeOne Lamas and BeOne Veintiséis

Pocitos Nuevo, Montevideo

Lamas had 37 apartments, while Veintiséis had 42 apartments and two retail units. The buildings are connected by 800 m² of common areas.

BeOne Bernardina

An 11-level residential building with 65 apartments on Osorio Street.

BeOne Fit26 and BeOne Ramona

Pocitos and La Blanqueada, Montevideo

Fit26 and Ramona totaled 170 units. The first was organized around training spaces; the second was BeOne’s first project in La Blanqueada.

Its first building had 23 apartments in Pocitos Nuevo; Life+60 brings the scale to 127 units today.

The first group of projects was concentrated around Pocitos Nuevo: Echevarriarza, Lamas, Veintiséis and Bernardina. Lamas and Veintiséis, built on parallel streets within the same block, share 800 m² of amenities.

Ramona was the first move into La Blanqueada. In the current portfolio, DeBritos continues in that neighborhood, Caracas and Rivera rise together in Puerto Buceo, and Life+60 offers a residential concept for independently living adults over 60.

GSN Construcciones participates in Caracas, Rivera, DeBritos and Life+60. The architecture teams are Javier Goncalves Kubachek for Caracas, Rivera and Life+60, and Christoff + De Sierra for DeBritos.
