Developer
Block Desarrollos began its portfolio with 8/10, a building on Avenida 8 de Octubre designed between 2020 and 2021 and built between 2021 and 2022. It then added Tempo Rambla and a new series of residential projects in La Blanqueada and Cordón.
By late 2024, the HUB brochure summarized a portfolio of five developments and 445 apartments built or under construction. Block’s current materials refer to eight developments and 652 apartments.

The portfolio grew from smaller buildings on Avenida 8 de Octubre to projects with more than one hundred apartments and a first development in Paraguay.
2020
The project entered the promoted-housing program in July. Cesio Olveira dates its design stage to 2020–2021.
2021–2022
8/10 was built during this period. ANV records 28 homes, while the architecture studio lists 2,200 m².
2022–2023
Block participated with Advance Real Estate in a 79-home building, constructed between 2022 and November 2023 in Parque Rodó.
2022–2023
Garden was designed in 2022 and Los Olímpicos in 2023. The latter has 160 apartments and a published area of 12,200 m².
2024
The HUB brochure recorded that portfolio, along with 33,000 m² built or under construction and six years of activity.
2025–2026
HUB, Rosso and Tribeca extend Block’s presence in the neighborhood. All three appear as promoted-housing projects before ANV.
2026
The company enters Asunción under the Terra Desarrollos brand with Aurora, a 136-home tower in Recoleta.
2021–2022

A 79-home building developed by Block and Advance Real Estate. Construction ended in November 2023, with Cesio Olveira responsible for design and supervision and SYTY for construction.
Since 2026
Recoleta, Asunción
The first project in the expansion to Paraguay: a 20-story tower with 136 homes, 80 parking spaces and two retail units.
Uruguay
8/10, on Avenida 8 de Octubre, was the first building in Block’s published portfolio.
8/10 entered the promoted-housing program in 2020 and was built between 2021 and 2022. Tempo Rambla followed: a 79-apartment project completed in November 2023 and developed with Advance Real Estate.
The next stage returned to Avenida 8 de Octubre with Garden and Los Olímpicos. The latter increased the scale to 160 apartments. HUB, Rosso and Tribeca later extended the portfolio into Cordón.
Cesio Olveira is the most recurring architecture team, participating in 8/10, Tempo Rambla, Garden, Los Olímpicos and HUB.
