VIA 21 opens in Punta Carretas in October. That same year, Jardín Castellanos is already underway at Roque Graseras and Bulevar España.

During construction of Jardín Castellanos, the site’s historic house hosted OBRA, a temporary venue for exhibitions and cultural activities.
2025
The building opens in April, integrating the new tower, garden and former Gallinal-Castellanos house within one project.
Rener’s residential work includes buildings in Pocitos and Punta Carretas, as well as the Torre Arenas complex in Malvín.

Uruguay
The studio’s history has developed primarily in Montevideo.
Rener works under an integrated model. Its team participates from site selection and purchase through design, construction and sales. That combination appears in both its historical portfolio and current projects.
In recent years, it has alternated buildings in Pocitos and Punta Carretas with a larger phased development in Malvín. VIA 21 opened in 2022 and Jardín Castellanos in 2025.
Jardín Castellanos added a distinctive element to that sequence: it preserved the former Gallinal-Castellanos house and used it as a cultural venue during construction before integrating it into the completed complex.
