Gardenia’s current public portfolio is concentrated in residential projects in Montevideo.
The most recurring cluster is in Pocitos, Pocitos Nuevo and Punta Carretas. The Urban series appears at different scales and locations, while Sea Side connects two nearby buildings on Echevarriarza.
At Urban Punta Carretas III and V, as well as Sea Side II, Gardenia appears in structuring and sales. Estudio Fischer is listed as developer, and the architectural design is by Harispe or Gómez Platero, depending on the building.
