Residential development
Park Square is the residential brand of RW Desarrollos in Montevideo. The company is led by architect Ricardo Weinstein, and its first published line under that name includes the Herrera and Sarmiento buildings.
Weinstein’s professional experience predates RW and Park Square. His portfolio records architecture, construction and project-management work since 1993; those earlier credentials are presented separately from the company’s developments.

Cesio Olveira dates the Brío design to 2021 and Franzini to 2022; both join RW’s Uruguayan portfolio.

Uruguay
RW Desarrollos began its Uruguayan stage in 2019 with Park Square Herrera and Park Square Sarmiento.
Herrera and Sarmiento opened the Park Square residential line in Montevideo. RW’s portfolio identifies both as completed and publishes a project-management role.
Franzini and Brío continued that stage with a recurring team. RW appears as the developer of Franzini and project manager of Brío; Cesio Olveira Arquitectos publishes its design role in both buildings.
