Four connected layers of data in one record. What the official cadastral viewer shows, plus the information only a real estate agency can add.
Department, cadastral locality, number, tenure regime (standard ownership, PH, UH, rural) and parcel geometry. Parcels with the same number in different localities are kept distinct.

Cadastral values are for tax purposes, not sale prices. We add the neighborhood's asking prices from the INGAR Index and properties for sale in the area.

Enter the street and number in the search box (for example, “18 de Julio 1234”) and choose the department. The search uses official IDE addresses linked to DNC parcels, so the result is the actual parcel, not an approximation based on proximity.
It is the number used by the Dirección Nacional de Catastro to identify each property in Uruguay. It is combined with the department and cadastral locality: the same number can exist in two different cities, which is why we always show all three.
No. The DNC assessed value is a tax reference in pesos, used for municipal property tax and other taxes. Market value is usually different. Where the INGAR Index has neighborhood data, the parcel record compares them, and you can always request an appraisal.
No. INGAR reuses open data and does not issue documents. Cadastral certificates must be requested from the Dirección Nacional de Catastro; each parcel record includes a direct link to the official procedure.
It is a building or development divided into units, each with its own number, area and DNC assessed value. The parcel record lists the units and their individual data.
